Mabo tofu from May’s Cafe in Japan Town San Francisco. I think mabo and mapo are two different dishes. Mapo is a spicy sechuan tofu dish. Mabo seems to be a mild version of te same thing. Very tasty but not at all spicy.

I think this called the “Cheech and Chong” burger at Arlington, VA’s Cinema and Draft House. Alls I knows is it’s got jalepenos and pepper jack and is deadly tasty.
Can fried potato crisps covered in cheese sauce and blue cheese crumbles make you forget all the cliches in Avatar. No. But they’re damn tasty! Arlington, VA’s Cinema and Draft House is the place to find this fried goodness.
Actually, my wife made this. Moroccan tagine chicken with cuscus, bulgur, tomatoes, chick peas, spices, and chiken! So yum! Perfect comfort food!
No name for this yet, but I invented a burger. That’s ground beef, chopped onions, minced garlic, and an egg to bind. Grilled up George Forman style then topped with pepper jak cheese, tomato, red onion, and Sriracha mayo. Oh, and a side of carrots and rosemary fries. Yum!
