No name for this yet, but I invented a burger. That’s ground beef, chopped onions, minced garlic, and an egg to bind. Grilled up George Forman style then topped with pepper jak cheese, tomato, red onion, and Sriracha mayo. Oh, and a side of carrots and rosemary fries. Yum!

Lookie cookie! This is a dish called “wagon wheels” made with fusilli pasta instead of wagon wheels. The sauce is tomatoes with heavy cream and Italian sausage. And a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. Yum!

I made this!  First, a layer of salami.  Next, a layer of olives (pitted works best).  Then, a layer of potato chips!  Don’t forget to put dijon mustard on both slices of bread.  When assembling, be sure to push down hard to crush up the potato chips.  I have no name for this samich, but it’s awful damn tasty!

About

Hi, my name is Jamie Noguchi. Welcome to the Mochi A Go-Go, a showcase of tasty eats from all over (well, mostly the Washington, D.C. area unless I'm on a trip or something).

Tasties are posted with info about where they were acquired so that you, too, can put tastiness in your face.

If there is tastiness that you'd like to share, submit an entry. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy tasty things for your face!
