These tasty Nathan’s chili cheese dogs discovered at a rest stop on the Jersey Turnpike looked so good that The guy behind me ordered the same thing! Ah, the power of chili!
Mabo tofu from May’s Cafe in Japan Town San Francisco. I think mabo and mapo are two different dishes. Mapo is a spicy sechuan tofu dish. Mabo seems to be a mild version of te same thing. Very tasty but not at all spicy.
These fish-shaped taiyaki are pancakes filled with red bean paste, banana, or chocolate. Found at May’s Coffee Shop in Japan Town San Francisco. Fun and yum!

Amazingly spicy Mapo Tofu from Sichuan Pavilion in Rockville, MD. So spicy, you won’t be able to feel your face after eating! Must eats!
Tasty Mapo Tofu sizzling in mah wok! Got a little jar of Mapo sauce at the local Asian market. Spicy and mouth numbing and full of yums.
The absolutely scrumptious Merguez Frites from Saucas, a mobile lunch truck that feeds DC. That’s a lamb and beef sausage with crispy potatoes, Dijon, and a tangy ketchup.
